Our Latest Project
Taylor Street Infield Home Design
Situated in Saskatoon’s Buena Vista neighbourhood is this split lot. We worked together with another designer for the design of the house on the left. They are both unique in their own ways and fit together in the neighbourhood effortlessly.
Inside you will find spaces focused on daylight, family gathering, and functionality. Both homes feature basement suites and detached garages in the back, and serve as an example of how you can get the most of a new build on a narrow lot.
One-Eye's Weedery's House Design and Plan
Located in Davidson, SK, this new building houses the town’s first dispensary. The design features the established commercial setting you would expect to find in a retail establishment, without the expense that typically comes with building one by implementing techniques from residential (part 9) construction.
Inside you will find a functional layout that separates the common retail area from the back of house staff and secure areas.
