Situated in Saskatoon’s Buena Vista neighbourhood is this split lot. We worked together with another designer for the design of the house on the left. They are both unique in their own ways and fit together in the neighbourhood effortlessly. 

Inside you will find spaces focused on daylight, family gathering, and functionality. Both homes feature basement suites and detached garages in the back, and serve as an example of how you can get the most of a new build on a narrow lot.
